2.1 General information
We collect your personal data in order to provide services to you or to receive services from you. The personal data we ask you for includes your contact information (such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) and identification details (such as your driving licence details or passport information). 7. Do we transfer your personal data to recipients outside Switzerland?
We may transfer your personal data within ITS Kanal Services AG to our operations or contractors outside Switzerland. However, such a transfer does not change our obligation to protect your personal data under this data protection declaration.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 working days of receipt of your request. We will do our best to process and respond to your request within 10 working days. If we are unable to assist you with your request, you will receive a written explanation and details of the actions available to you if you do not agree with our response.

Of course, you can contact us anonymously. However, if you prefer to remain anonymous, our ability to provide you with the requested services or information will be limited.
