HR Consultant (M/F/D)

Your main tasks:

  • Support and advice for employees and managers in all HR-related issues
  • Operational implementation of all personnel management processes (entries and exits, contracts, absences, etc.)
  • Competent personnel administration including social security
  • Responsibility for the support of our apprentices
  • Recruitment and selection of suitable specialists and managers
  • Collaboration in the further development of HR processes and guidelines
  • Ensuring up-to-date process descriptions and manuals (administration, recruitment)
  • Support in HR projects and group-wide topics
  • Creation of reports, statistics and presentations

Your profile:

  • Commercial apprenticeship with further training as a personnel assistant or certified HR specialist
  • 4–5 years of professional experience as an HR generalist, ideally with experience in payroll administration and social security
  • Good MS Office skills and affinity for HRIS systems
  • Precise, structured way of working and high resilience
  • Strong communication skills in German (mother tongue), French or English skills an advantage
