iTS KANAL SERVICES –
PIPE AND SEWER REHABILITATION

Unexpected backflow, foul odor, or moisture in the masonry?

These signs often conceal hidden damage in the pipe or sewer system. Leaks can cause mold, structural damage, and even health-hazardous gases. iTS Kanal Services AG is there for you in emergencies – with certified specialists, modern trenchless technology, and rapid solutions tailored to your problem.

Do not wait – get it rehabilitated now

Whether inside the building or underground: Defective wastewater pipes often remain undetected for a long time. Initial signs such as damp walls, unpleasant odors, or clogged pipes are quickly underestimated – with consequences. Cracks or leaks can damage the building structure, promote mold growth, and release health-hazardous gases like methane.

Rehabilitation may also be mandatory as part of building applications or due to official regulations – those who act early save time, money, and trouble.

As a specialized company for pipe and sewer rehabilitation, we reliably identify and rectify the causes – trenchless, fast, and with state-of-the-art technology.

Call us now and let us provide you with free consultation. We can often assess remotely what needs to be done and prevent further damage.

PROCEDURE

An intact pipe and sewer system is essential for the safe discharge of wastewater – both inside buildings and outdoors. Our rehabilitation procedures follow a clearly structured process: precise, durable, and trenchless.

Inspection &
Damage Analysis

We inspect pipes with cameras and identify damage such as cracks, deposits, or root intrusion.

Consultation &
Method Selection

We then recommend the appropriate rehabilitation method – e.g., inliner, shortliner, or robotic rehabilitation.

Trenchless
Rehabilitation

Depending on the type of damage, we use modern, trenchless methods such as internal coating, robotics, or steam curing.

Completion &
Documentation

Finally, a camera inspection with documentation is carried out, optionally with an inspection report and video.

Various Methods for Pipe and Sewer Rehabilitation

We rehabilitate pipes of all common nominal diameters. We primarily use the following methods:

Inliner Method – the “Pipe-In-Pipe” Principle

Ideal for longer cracks or severely damaged pipes: A resin-impregnated hose (e.g., UV liner, epoxy liner, GRP liner) is inserted into the defective pipe and permanently cured by light or steam. This creates a new, resilient inner pipe – entirely without excavation. Applications include main lines, building connections, or property drainage. This method is considered particularly durable (20–50 years) with medium to high effort.

Shortliner Rehabilitation – Localized Repair

For localized damage such as joint displacement, individual cracks, or root intrusion: A resin-impregnated fiberglass sleeve is specifically applied to the damaged area and cured. Fast, trenchless, and with low effort. Suitable for house and yard lines in the range of 20–60 cm. Alternatively, pointliners, partliners, or internal sleeves are available – all operate precisely and without surface intervention.

Sprayliner Rehabilitation – Internal Coating

For porous walls or small leaks, spraylining is used. A thin layer of plastic is applied multiple times to the inside of the pipe – a form of CoatingTech internal coating. The dense layer strengthens the pipe and protects against further damage. Particularly suitable for branched or hard-to-reach pipe systems. Minimally invasive, material-friendly, and durable for approximately 10 years.

Further Solutions We Offer:

  • Felt liner rehabilitation (FacilityLiner) for house connections and building pipes (DN100 – DN300)
  • Pointliner method for localized pipe rehabilitation without excavation (DN100 – DN600)
  • Robotic rehabilitation for complex pipe layouts and hard-to-reach damage (DN200 – DN600)
  • Pipe repair with stainless steel sleeves for pressure-tight rehabilitations in DN150 – DN1500
  • Manual rehabilitation of manholes, channels, and benches with high-quality materials
  • Glass liner or Flexliner methods for complex pipe profiles
  • Felt liners and needle felt liners for interior areas
  • Rehabilitation of circular profiles and egg-shaped profiles
  • Quicklock systems and stainless steel sleeves for pressure-tight repairs
  • Pressing nozzles, integrating inlets, milling work, and plastering work as preparatory measures
  • Creating benching during manual manhole rehabilitation

What Our Customers Say

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

The costs depend on the type of damage, pipe length, accessibility, and the chosen method. Localized repairs are more affordable than complete rehabilitations of wastewater systems. On private property, the owner typically bears the costs. In certain cases, building insurance covers them – especially for water damage due to pipe bursts. We are happy to provide individual and transparent advice.

Common methods include inliner rehabilitation, shortliner rehabilitation, sprayliner methods, robotic rehabilitation, and repairs with stainless steel sleeves. These trenchless methods enable fast, clean, and durable rehabilitation without excavation. The suitable method depends on the type of damage and pipe diameter. ITS Kanal Services is your specialized company with years of experience and proven quality when it comes to sewer and pipe rehabilitation.

Thanks to modern trenchless sewer rehabilitation, many pipelines and sewers can be rehabilitated without breaking open walls or floors. Methods such as inliner, sprayliner, or shortliner allow for internal coating or localized sealing of the pipe – efficiently, cleanly, and without extensive construction work. We assess on-site which solution is suitable for your pipe.

Immediately shut off the water supply, turn off electricity (in case of moisture damage), secure and document affected areas. Then, promptly contact a company with years of experience like iTS Kanal Services AG. We locate the damage, initiate immediate measures, and perform trenchless pipe rehabilitation – quickly, professionally, and with modern technology.
